Code of Conduct
PRS Ltd has zero tolerance for discrimination, racism, bullying, or harassment.
We promote understanding, acceptance, and connection among all learners. Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and safe learning environment at all times.
Participation Requirements
Our training sessions are scenario-based and involve practical teamwork.
Learners must demonstrate to tutors that they are physically able to perform CPR and/or practical first aid techniques in a simulated emergency setting.
If you have any injury, impairment, or learning difficulty that may affect your participation, please contact us prior to your training session.
For learners undertaking NZRC CORE, NZQA Unit Standards, or Assessed Advanced Responder training, you must be able to perform CPR on the floor for sufficient time to allow assessment of competency.
Registration Confirmation
Once payment is received or your booking is approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant course details, including any pre-reading or online learning requirements.
Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive this email, as attachments may be filtered by some providers.
Attendance Requirements
Training sessions require a minimum number of participants to run. We expect all registered learners to attend. Non-attendance may result in the full course fee being charged.
Sessions start promptly. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for signing in.
Learners arriving more than 10 minutes late may be refused entry. No refunds will be issued in this case; however, you may transfer to the next available session.
Full attendance is required to meet certification requirements. Please do not schedule appointments during training hours.
If minimum numbers are not met, you will be offered a transfer to another session or a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse participation if a learner appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during training hours.
